Maintaining our Quality System requires gaining extensive knowledge of client projects, planning and managing the scope of all project work, having qualified and experienced staff to complete the work and confirming that the outcomes meet the standards and requirements of each client.

Safe work and health practices are very important at CPS Global and this is supported through our internal WHS policies and external certification. Our focus is on maintaining a safe work environment for all staff and sub contractors. CPS Global has successfully obtained certification in AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health & Safety.
CPS Global’s Environmental Management Policy extends and interlocks with the company’s Business Quality Policy and Workplace Health and Safety Policy to provide an integrated management approach to better ensure all activities are carried out in a safe and indistinguishable way without risk to the health of staff, clients, visitors, and the environment.
